Carbon Cycle
The carbon cycle is the flow of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to the organisms on Earth. As you can see on the diagram, plants get the carbon from the atmosphere, and consumers and decomposers get it from the plants. Some of this carbon goes into the ground. Then, the carbon goes back to the atmosphere by combustion or cellular respiration. Humans use dune buggies in the desert and using the fuel would create more combustion. So, more carbon would go to the atmosphere in this phase.
Water Cycle
The water cycle is the flow of water through evaporation, precipitation and percolation. Humans can affect this process, too. When we drill for underground water, there is less water to go up to surface during percolation.
